Shipping & Returns

We endeavor to despatch orders received before midday for delivery the next working day (Mon - Fri excl. bank holidays). Orders received after midday or at the weekend will be despatched the next UK business day. If the delivery address is a residential address we will call first to arrange a delivery day with you as all as orders are despatched by courier and will need to be signed for upon delivery.

We have huge stocks but occasionally items go out of stock. If this happens we will notify you of the delay and you may choose to wait for the item or to have a refund.

All goods are checked before despatch, but in the very unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, you must sign for the goods damaged on the courier paperwork and notify us within 24 hours of signing for the goods, giving details of the damaged items. We will then arrange for the damaged goods to be collected free of charge. When the items have been received by Osmond Group Limited. We will inspect the goods, and if damaged, they will be replaced free of charge without delay.

If you wish to collect your order from us please advise when placing your order so that we do not ship or charge you for shipping. Collection is only by appointment and payment will need to be secured in advance.

If you believe that there may be item(s) missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of signing for your order and we will look into it.

If you decide that you placed the order in error the items you have ordered, they may be returned in their original condition, at your expense, within 14 days of the goods being delivered and signed for. We accept no liability for loss or damage during return transit. Confirmation of posting is no guarantee of delivery and items should be sent via a "signed for" service. You will need to contact us before sending the items back to obtain a Goods Returns Number. 

Please note that you have a statutory right to cancel your within 7 days of delivery by written notice.
